We booked a driver for 19 days through Drivers in SL Tour's. The initial contact and arrangements were quick and easy - we only booked the driver a week before arriving.We were lucky enough to have Bandula as our driver. Bandula is a kind and knowledgeable driver, with 15 years of experience on the tour circuit. He was always on time with a spotless car and smile on his face. He remained flexible with our requests and itinerary. He also helped arrange day trips and safaris. As all tours do there are optional tourist stops that can be made along the way, Bandula wasn't pushy with them at all (we declined most) . This was our first experience with a personal driver for an entire holiday. The only advice we'd give other first timers is to ask lots of questions and clarify things as they happen. We were a little confused by which additional costs were covered by us and which were covered by our payment, but Bandula was able to clarify all these along the way! He always remained very respectful towards us. All in all this provider and more specifically, Bandula, made our trip unforgettable. Safety was paramount throughout the entire 19 days and we couldn't recommend this company enough. Kind regards W&R

Really good agency!I recommand it.We informed what we would like to do, and the agency made our trip (only 1 day) with different option price/activity.Réactiv, professionnal and serious.More than 1200km in 4 days, they were always nice and smiling.They are Knowing a lot about them country, history, culture, restaurant, shop, place to see, EVERYTING.Good And safe way of driving, We enjoyed the trip thanks to the organisation, and the kindness.Also the car was really comfortable lot of place (van) for just us two.Its the perfect agency if you need help for enjoying your day in sri lanka, and also to visit and be confortable especially if you dont have much time.

I would highly recommend this company. We travelled with our driver Sanka for a week from Colombo>Sigiriya>Kandy>Ella>Udawalale>Mirissa. Sanka was an absolute gentleman! He was not only very knowledgeable, he was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. The car was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone. Travelling with Driver in Sri Lanka tours made our week so enjoyable and stress free! 10 out of 10!

We've just completed a 10 day tour through DISL. Communication with DISL before we arrived was very easy and they always responded to my (many!) emails quickly and helpfully. When we meet the owner on Day 1 he was very friendly and very polite. We were concerned about paying 100% of the tour price before we even drove off but had such a good experience we need not have worried.Our driver, Mihir, was one of the nicest, friendliest people I've met in a long time. We were very apprehensive about being driven but he was a super driver and we felt very relaxed with him driving us and our young children.Mihir took us everywhere we wanted to go. He had a long list of optional places to visit prepared by DISL but we had decided in advance exactly where we wanted to go and he never pushed us to go to places we didn't want to see so the pace was set by us and felt very relaxed. We really appreciated not being pushed into going to visit other places.We worked out the number of Kms we would be traveling on Google maps before we made our booking and then added a little extra so we didn't have to worry and this meant the whole experience was stress free. Even when we had a puncture friends of Mihir's turned up with minutes to to help. We were back on the rust within minutes. Mihir kept the van spotless and was immaculately presented and was great with us and the kids, really going the extra mile to help, like helping us find cashew nuts to take home on New Year's Day when everything was shut!I couldn't recommend a driver more highly than I'd recommend Mihir. His English was great, he's a very knowledgeable guy and having him as our driver 100% made our holiday.

Thanks to Rohan resp. Ralph we had a tremendous trip through the Mid and Southern Part of Sri Lanka. We enjoyed it a lot! Our driver and guide were extremely friendly and helpful, reliable and flexible, e.g. they changed the route and stops to all our wishes, even one day before. What made our time in SL absolutely unique was the contact to local people which Rohan supported. E.g. during new year we were invited to a traditional new year lunch by the family which owns the hotel we stayed in and who are friends to Rohan.
